Account Manager - Customer Service

About this Job

We are looking for an individual with outstanding people and organizational skills to manage our ongoing business relationships with a set group of our existing customers. Responsibilities will include entering customer orders and forecast on a weekly basis, managing all customer open orders, resolving issues, facilitating customer requests, and coordinating on-time delivery. The candidate must be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Work to build and maintain a win-win relationship with customer contacts through both phone and email correspondence and help solve day-to-day issues.  We are looking for someone who can thrive in a small company atmosphere that values efficiency and detailed work.
